Processing Times

  • Orders for in-stock jewelry typically process within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom orders, including made-to-order Cuban link chains or bracelets, may require additional processing time.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Methods

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic U.S. orders below $500.

  • 2nd DAY Shipping (2 business days)

  • PRIORITY Express Shipping (1 business day) Saturday Delivery Upon Request.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.


International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Please note: customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.


Signature Requirement

  • For your protection and ours, all orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for your package.


Production Times for Custom Jewelry

  • Custom Cuban link chains, bracelets, and custom orders are made-to-order and take approximately 1-2 weeks to produce before shipping.

  • Production times may vary depending on design complexity and gold availability.


Incorrect Address Policy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Delayed or Lost Packages

  • While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Narciso Jewelry is not responsible for carrier-related delays.

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at narcisojewelry26@gmail.com and we will assist you in opening an investigation/claim with the carrier.
